In Realistix mode i used parasite with only fever, waterborn, airborn, max drug restistance and max all other restistances. It spreads all over the world then just save evo points then buy all the teirs, when the whole world is infected buy all of the top row and heart desiease then buy loads at a time and get the mutated trait and the vaccsine imunes the desiease to everything. Then just keep buying stuff and thr whole world will die out with sum FAT score!

I'm confused what the big deal here is. All you did was infect every country on relaxed mode in 37 days. That's not really that big of an accomplishment. If you're playing on Kongregate, the "impossible" badge for killing everyone off in under 100 days really requires you to infect the world in less than 30, and over 32,000 people got that badge. People would be more impressed with "world domination" being that you killed everyone off.
