Not only did Yakko speak fluent Japanese but its a hidden cultural joke! The only recent example I can think of for that is Lady Rainicorn from Adventure Time who speaks Korean. She talks about some pretty funny/suggestive things, as well as commenting on other characters; just in Korean. (Also known as 'Bilingual Bonus')

This is one of my favorite episodes that shows the Warners' character. Scratchy tries to tame them, totally fails, and then is surprised when they actually understand and follow everything he says ("Why were you giving me a hard time?" "CAUSE WE LOVE YA!") They behave perfectly, and when they're kicked out anyway they decide to ruin the party for TP - not because they can't learn, but because TP was mean to them. I really love these kids: insane, but with a moral code and a defense mechanism. XD

man that's just mean of what mr.plotz did to the warners. he kicks them out of the building even though they behaived good. if mr.plotz didn't kick them out, the warners bros. and warner sister probably would of behaived there best at the party. also even though they still behaived good at the party, they probably wouldn't get the check. well that's what makes this episode funny when the animaniacs act obnoxious and funny. great episode.
