I did have a fun New Year's Eve! I went to a modestly sized party at a Unitarian Church. I was expecting a typical midwestern potluck, so I brought a quiche.

But no, it was a fancy dinner. And I had no ticket! Still, they let me join in. There was one married couple and 4 gay guys at my table. Nice people, they laughed at my jokes and funny quotations.

Went for a walk at 2 in the morning. Chatted with a very excited guy who had too much to drink. Cool :)
