  • Love this will try today!

  • "Just to control the salt in this dish..."

Giada, darling, who are we kidding. The amount of salt in your recipes makes it impossible for me to blink the next day because my eyeballs are so dried out.

  • dudz get over it people change if you dont like it theres this thing called an exit button:D

  • I looked up the recipe online but I wanted to actually see her do it first before I start cooking <3 I love cooking shows :D

  • She's probably just more comfortable in front of the camera on "Giada at home" now that she's gone through a couple of seasons with her show. As opposed to "everyday Italian". Her true personality is coming through the camera while filming. Who knows, only speculations since none of us knows her personally.

  • brown the meat first bitch

  • Love your vid! Look at you. That's really amazing! Let's stay in touch. Let's stay in touch! Check me out sometimes too!

  • 1:54 ,ya me too :)

  • dude guys maybe it's just based off her mood

  • notice how old this show is and how mellow giada is.. but then in the newer ones when she is smiling all the time people comment it as "fake smile"

its like foodnetwork forced her to be more lively on her show hahaha

  • @graypaint I've met Giada at an event she hosted..and no matter where she is, who she is talking to, she is very lively, and smiles all the time. Noones forcing her to ''smile'', it's her personality.

  • @bonjourbeaute I'm sure The Animal Liberation Front disagrees. This Today Show bitch became wealthy from the animal-cruel factory farms and overfished oceans that destroyed this planet. Giada is a major contributor to global warming, which the international association of atomic scientists just said will destroy the planet. The media bans PETA ads which desperately try to save the planet and the animals from their horrible deaths in slaughterhouses.

  • How about lightly browning the chicken first (creating nice tasty brown bits on the bottom), remove them, then add the veg. Cook. Then add tomato paste to create a nice fond. Then deglaze with liquid of your choice. Any thoughts?

  • @synr312 sounds good but the chicken needs flavor so it was a good choice that she put it with the veggies.

  • i wanna try and cook this wow!!

  • Making this again tonight <3

  • yummmmy looks so good i think i want to make it

  • can i put potates in this?

  • I've made this. Its so easy to make. You just need to be patient with it and use common sense. But the results are delicious and hearty. I used skinless, boneless chicken breasts. Bon Apetite!

  • yummm! chicken stew!

  • isn't that base mirepoix, not sofrito?

  • technically, she used both. a soffritto is an italian technique of cooking in fat, and a mirepoix is onions, carrots, and celery -- but that is french.

  • I luv Her

  • omg me to i love her!!!Her recipes look awesome I always watch her.

  • that looks so good!

  • Yum !

    Chinese stew :)
