@wo4091 why don't people understand that you need to speak english in america as it's the native and overwhelming language. there are ethic minorities in japan, but the overwhelming population speaks japanese and most japanese people don't learn much english. Now if I go to japan, it's really shitty and arrogant of me to expect them to speak english to me.
