And if you compare rift with allods, rift looks like shit *pardon my french* (ive played them both and allods is way better)

the game itself is very good but there are simple little things that make it very annoying like if u face mobs 1 lvl higher than you, you may die very easily and pretty much all of them can knock u down which makes no sense at all...

Imo, people call some good f2p mmorpgs a "copy of WoW" because of the aspects WoW has taken in, those aspects were so good, that any mmorpg made with them, with a high budget would be addicting and popular, "just like WoW".

This game (Allods Online) had those aspects, and a $12,000,000 budget and I think that it really shows, I mean look at those grapics, content and variety!

i played it and i didnt got eaten by few level lower mobs. and i didnt pay anything. but still i share you're opinion from this game. i got bored at lvl 6. after wow i played warhammer. when u played these two games you WILL be bored from this game. any pretty much any other free mmorpg. but yeah. its free. everyone can check it out for himself

STAY AWAY form this game. SInce beta ended the game has changed, the cash shop system no longer focuses on boosting players who palay by granting special items but now the game punishes you with serious debuf that makes the game UNPLAYABLE for HOURS and the only way to get rid of that debuf is to PAY. Otherwise youl get eaten by fev levels lower mobs. If you dont plan to spend money on this game when playing you will be left with UNPLAYABLE experience.

They should add auto-attack and tweak the cash shop, because without cash shop, you're fucked. If they fix what I said, it would be beast, now it's a fail. Maybe they should tweak the running animations, the poor guy looks like he has a dildo up his ass.

Really, Microsoft started it all on Xbox Live. Every time you wanted maps or new weapons for a game, they forced developers to put them on marketplace for a fee. Well, with doing so, they seen a trend, and it's now popular. This has carried over and developers are using it in PC games now, primarily MMORPGs.

Looks pretty cool. If I didn't have so much time and effort invested in wow already i might play this. (5 years and counting lol) Little thing to note for people thinking this is better because its free to play though. Cash shops if abused will set you back a lot further than any p2p game ever will. Also if the company abuses it you will be forced to use the cash shop just to compete with other players that have the money to get all the best stuff from the cash shop.

@wtfisthismess808 Well after all the crappy patches every class is similar in their Healing/damage/tanking potential, no class has it's niche. PvE is mundane and repetitive, every 'heroic' dungeon sucks at 80 - entertaining, difficult and unique at 70 - sucks at 80. PvP is predictable and unbalanced as hell. While not gameplay, Blizz is sucking up the lore to continue gathering money from the addicted nerds, In other words Cataclysm = Crap. So yea that's my opinion on that.

@wtfisthismess808 I am more of an action gamer myself, so I am more attracted to MMOs like Tera online that requires aiming and button mashing to actually perform actions, It requires more skill. I can't forget Modern Warfare (Not an MMO however >.>) I couldn't care less If someone likes WoW, but what gets under my nerves are the retarded kids who plays it and trolls the internet all day, acting as though it is perfect. It certainly isn't a game crafted by gods.

This game has pretty decent gameplay. Though its kinda repetitive. The two sides is League and Imperial. I don't think theres no bad side in the game. The imperial is all industrial steam punk style. The League is all forest like with elves and stuff like that.

There might not have been one when you made this video, but they have a talent grid now, which is DEFINITELY more diverse than any of the other mmo's, since you can choose your own path. You didn't get a chance to use it, of course, because you only played until level 10.

Also, you sort of skated over the fact that there are player-owned Astral Ships at later levels. This is the main thing that seperates this game from others: the fact that you can fly balloonless airships to reach new areas and fight others in both PvP and PvE in the endgame instead of simply walking around for a few more instances.

I believe this game has more potential than WoW, since it's free to play and has Astral Ships and talent trees as well as great(better in my opinion) graphics and gameplay. Definitely worth playing, especially in the endgame(which I sadly have not reached yet).

The game is free to play and you can go through the whole game without spending a penny. But after you go through the whole game, the end game is where it ENDS. There is this debuff called Fear of Death. Search it on google and you'll know why this game would cost you more than any pay to play game if you want the full end game experience. It is far from being free.
