  • btw the tubas main part is at about 1:50 the double beat that comes in every so often with the timpani

  • I'm a Tuba player at my middle school we're playing this piece

  • I`m doing this song for my honor band audition everybody wish me luck! :)

  • I forget what year we played this. Somewhere between 96 and 99

  • WE DID THIS LAST YEAR! Yall are like dragging some in the beggining and middle. i played bass clarinet so im like SUPER BASS! but what ever. okay now like before the woodwinds start at 60, tubas and bass line needed to bring the E flat it mightve not be a E flat for you but for me it was a E flat so like....what ever out more, like ALOT thats like the most beast part, aside from like the volcano pat and end.

    -SuperBass

  • Our 7/8th grade band (Callanan Middle School, Des Moines) did this piece tonight and it gave me chills. I closed my eyes and you could truly hear and feel the mountain...the only limits our children truly have are the ones we put on them ourselves.

  • The symbal is waaaaay too loud, that kid is hitting it much too hard. It's not supposed to drown out the rest of the band.

  • @TOTLUNIALAYSHUN135 the cymbal is perfectly fine it has to do with the mixer board and the placement of mics

  • @thatcoolG Fair enough, didn't think of that.

  • :o the 7th grade honor band is playing this..o.o

but next year im playing a part for "Arabian Dances" :3!

I've only been playing for 3 years... But that's a lot of music. Band Camp... All Region... Solo and Ensamble.... stuff like that. :]
