  • Hi could u guys tell me is using those unbrewd coffee powder itzit? Or after brewed coffee left those coffee ground? Thx newbie ;))

  • what happen to her she just stopped making video's???

  • Sounds yummy! Why wash the oil off and then apply moisturizer? Just let the oil from the scrub sink in.

  • hi @ferndama i was wondering if i could do a tutorial on this also in my channel but of course i would give credit to you

  • This worked really good. My skin is so smooth and hydrated

  • this amazingly works pretty good

  • Have you had a problem with the olive oil being slippery in the shower? I made a brown sugar scrub yesterday with jojoba oil and nearly killed myself using it this morning, lol. Im giving body scrubs out for christmas and I don't want anyone falling in the shower. Any suggestions?

  • Just made this w/ instant coffee. It made my skin feel amazing and I plan on giving it as Christmas gifts to a few girls this year.

  • hey love this vid..but i was wondering till how long is this scrub good?

  • hello sweetie do u know if i can make a big amount and keep it into a pot then use again and again? thank u

  • y coffee? n do u use it on your face? n how often?

  • "spatuler" lol

  • I was wondering when ppl say moisturizer.. does it have to be a certain type... or juss any

  • It works even better if you subtract the sugar out of it and use vitamin e oil (which is healthier for the skin and also helps minimize scars) instead of olive oil. Just an idea.

  • @lippeasgloss I'd advise not to, because oil clogs your pores :/

  • Can you use this scrub on your face as well.?

  • @lippiesgloss I just did, it made my face feel amazing!

  • why coffee ? is there a particular reason you like to use coffee ?? thank you

  • @themariiiam coffee has caffeine in it, it helps rejuvenate the skin, tighten it, and even help get rid of cellulite

  • im so excited i really want to try this!

  • I just did it and it is great but it just smells BAD i cant stand the smell

  • @Nalle1003 add any esstential oil that you like the smell of i usually do that to make the scrub smell better

i usually use sandalwood oil on this recipie

it gives it a sweet smell

  • can you leave this for a while and then wash?? like 10minutes?? or it gets skin hurts?

  • hi. Can we use this as our related literature in our study about the coffee body scrub. May we request your analysis about the coffee body scrub so we can defend it to our panelist.

  • I c now why u use sugar ... gotcha :D

  • omg arent those coffee grains too big to scrub ur skin just saying

  • are we supposed to leave the scrub for several minutes?

  • great video ! how often should you use the body skin ?

  • @tsxymama PBI: Most people don't need to exfoliate more than once a week. Over-exfoliating can do more harm than good.

  • can i use vegetable oil?

  • Will it work if you use hot chocolate powder?

  • OMGG THIS REALLY WOKES YUR SKIN REALLY REALLY REALYY SOFTTT!!!!!

I JUST TOOK A SHOWER HE MY FACE ND SKIN FEELS SOFTER THEN A BABYS BOTTOM. . .. I LOVE ITTT BUT IT MADE A LITTLE MESS IN MY BATHTUB ;D

  • why wash afterwards? i think it's best actually to use this after you wash instead. but that's just me. i love a scrubbed, oiled up skin. it soaks in the oil verrry well after a wash.

  • THIS ALSO HELPS WITH CELLULITE

  • if you leave that on your skin, its supposed to make you tanner. or so ive heard.ive alreayd tried it as an exfoliator and its AMAZING. ive never ever had softer skin in my life. i just really wanna see if it tans or nott

  • This really makes your skin so soft and smooth! SO GOD..

  • Probably not

  • Was that instant coffee or just ground coffee? Thanks.

  • @SGmom2 Both instant coffee and ground coffee works for this recipe. You can even reuse the ground coffee u used to brew your coffee. Hope this helps! =)

  • @ferndama It did help. Thanks sweetie! I will make this tmw.

  • @SGmom2 you are very welcome! hope that u'll love it!

  • @ferndama what is the alternate ingredient to extra virgin oil? here in the philippines we don't have that one can I used a baby oil for that?

  • @SGmom2 Instant coffee, also called soluble coffee and coffee powder, is a beverage derived from brewed coffee beans. Instant coffee is commercially prepared by either freeze-drying or spray drying, after which it can be rehydrated. At least one brand of instant coffee is also available in concentrated liquid form.

    (taken from wikipedia..)

and we all know gound coffee is raw coffee beans roasted then grounded.

  • Can I use honey instead of sugar?.

  • what body wash do you use?

  • @dogdream789 I'm currently using Soft Soap Spa Radiant. Its a HUGE bottle, trying to finish it off and try something new. But this one smells great!

  • I tried this and it was GREAT!!

and it was really fun making it...i felt like i was a little kid mixing mud

anyway thank you so much :)

  • @mpeiris12 I'm glad you liked it!! DIYs are always really fun! haha and they are usually really great too =D

  • It would've been better if you put the olive oil in a the bigger cup, and pour the coffee & sugar into the olive oil so you wouldn't have to lose so much oil or make it to waste. You know? Lol.

  • @LegitThaao haha! good thinking Ashley! nice advice!

  • this is perfect for the winter! thanks :)

  • @SMILEYSSx33 np! and yes it is! It really keeps my skin from feeling dry in the winter =)

  • This is awesome, my skin is starting to get really dry and flaky from the cold weather. Will definitely try this.

  • @MissOctober22 My skin gets dry easily in the winter and this really helps =)! hopefully it'll work for you too =)

  • @jsmmat thanks! do try it out =) your skin will feel great!

  • it hasnt been long that i started to see ur videos....

    but they r great...! <3

thank u for sharing this diy=)

  • @anjumonty08 Not a problem at all =) Thanks for your support!

  • how often do you suggest doing this?

  • @flh618 I use this once to twice a week. But everyone's skin is different so scrub away in moderation, adjust to your preference until you get soft and silky skin. =)

  • @Yasashiix Thanks for your advice, I still got so much to learn! I really appreciate your feedback, so I can improve in my future videos. Thanks again! =) ♥

  • @LalaMelody123 thanks!! I'll be posting hair tutorials in the future, so stay tuned! =) ♥

  • Aww you are so cute. You put alot of effort into your videos and it hasn't even been a week!! <3

I will try this next week! =D

  • @LenGgiiee thanks! I'm very excited about the progress and the support you all give me! =) I hope that it'll work for you! ♥

  • really helpful! thanks :)

  • would it leave a coffee smell on ur skin? :D - and i also heard that coffee (cafeine) is good for ur face..? is that true :o

  • @XiaoBei16 I've never tried it on my face, but i just did some research and found some great things about a coffee mask. I personally wouldn't suggest using it as a facial scrub/ exfoliator because I find the coffee grind too rough and too harsh to the facial skin.

  • Your introduction to the ingredients is so in detail...and u even lay the coffee beans in a love shape...lol...I have to LIKE this video...Take care...

  • Is that confirmed by medical reports? Sounds too good to be true, I am coffee addicted. :-D

  • @lodproductions90 I love coffee too haha. I found that many body scrub products incorporate coffee in their products by using caffeine, as caffeine has been found beneficial to exfoliating away dead skin cells and also treating cellulite. Hope that helps =) ♥

  • can i use brown sugar?

  • @TheRandomatersFTK Sure! Brown sugar works perfect too.

  • @ferndama hey, how long does this scrub last before i have to throw it out ? great tutorial, btw ! :D
