The man agreed to test that doctors around the world said were unnecessary just to prove a fighter's clean. He agreed to the 14 days floyd wanted and that's when floyd backed out. He had no more excuses no other way to stall this fight so he just walked away. After taking an almost 2 year break he comes back and fights a blown up LW. @YoungDrizzle215 If Pac has been using any enhancement at all, they would've speculated on him on his last big fights against Cotto, De La Hoya, Hatton and others. Learn to speculate. Don't just rely on facts and word of mouth. Pac did not want to do testings because he doesn't want needles and also knows that drawing out blood by tests will make someone fatigue quickly for a fight. He wanted the testings done at exactly the end of a fight so things would go fair. Mayweather is being avoidant.
