I saw this when he first did this routine and it was funny as hell then. I just watched it again after all these years and it's still the funniest thing I've ever seen! I was making so much noise my wife came in the room asking what was so funny.

One of the best character comedians around. His act has been cleaned up. He's taken the curse words out after speaking with Red Skelton. He was influenced by Red and decided to clean it up, but it's still just as funny! Google his official website. He's still around.

I saw this when he first did this routine and it was funny as hell then. I just watched it again after all these years and it's still the funniest thing I've ever seen! I was making so much noise my wife came in the room asking what was so funny.

Man this was funny when i first saw it 15 years ago and its still just as funny today! i'd forgotten how much this guy had me on the ground in stitches!
Why all the controversy here over the perceived racist nature of this act? Anyone getting offended over THIS guy's routine needs to reexamine their priorities. It's a freakin' comedy routine! Stow the ego for a few minutes and just enjoy it! It's not nearly as low-brow as some of the race jokes today's comedians throw out there.

One of the best character comedians around. His act has been cleaned up. He's taken the curse words out after speaking with Red Skelton. He was influenced by Red and decided to clean it up, but it's still just as funny! Google his official website. He's still around.

Funniest stand up ever???? More like most cliched jokes ever (even for 1981). How about most easily entertained ever. Or lowest common denominator ever. But definitely not the funniest stand up ever. And wtf "numba 72 ahh sheet numba 27" not even funny. Oh and everyone from San Francisco is gay. Granted he uses very little profanity but he still uses it, I also saw his one night stand from several years after this and he still used a little profanity.
