  • Where's parts one through six?

  • The philly mint is right by the Liberty Bell too! And Independence hall where the DOI was signed etc... I know this cuz im from Jersey. (That has a nice quarter depicting Washington crossing the Delaware river into Trenton). Alaska's is the best though...

  • Is it me, or does the Kansas buffalo look like he's about to "fertilize" the sunflowers?

  • Actually, from my perspective, the buffalo on Kansas quarter looks like half a buffalo, so that's what I call it: "The Half-a-Buffalo Quarter." I give it a D.

  • You're very funny. I'm from California and I have a civics website. I can't show this to my students, but I enjoyed it.

  • 'Looks like he might start some shit.'

    I lol'd

  • For Wisconnsin, if wisconnsin has over 15,000 lakes, then over 10,000 would be TRUE.

  • Where is Part 1 through Part 6?

The Philadelphia mint is the oldest & largest branch in the US Mint family..and located on Fifth & Arch Streets across the street from Benjamin Franklin's Grave.

    I don't know anything about Denver's mint.

  • Parts 1-6 are all text only, available to see on Lore's Book of Ratings site (which can also be linked through the old Brunching Shuttlecocks website).

  • can anyone please tell me what the denver and philadelphia mint is? if you do ill subscribe to you

  • lmao...

  • dude make some more videos. this was pretty funny.

  • This is good. Please post more quarter ratings.

  • yeah, Oregon didn't suck!

  • that is what UglyLarry thoughts so too...lol (speaking of CA coin)

if you want you can check all 50 quarters from user Uglylarry... just type his id name in youtubes search engine...

  • funny though.

  • Minnesota has around 11,00 lakes.

  • First off, Lore, I want to say that I'm a big fan. I've came across Brunching Shuttlecocks back when Dr. Demento played your Bjork Song on his show. Excellent video, and I look forward to seeing more in the future.

  • This is really awesome. I hope you do more of these, I miss Brunching Shuttlecocks.

  • me too, i hope to see tons of these.

Lore, you should do some of your articles in video form, like maybe satan's wine tasting...

  • Very nicely done! I look forward to more.

  • comments got deleted? or what?

  • nevermind

  • AH HA! I pinned down what was bugging me! For some unfathomable reason, I had assumed your eyes were much smaller in proportion to your head, despite having seen actual images of your face many times. I think that's what was making me uncomfortable, because apparently I am an insane man.

  • That said, i'm off to bed. Hopefully I don't have nightmares of a Steve-Buscemi-eyed Lore chasing me down a long corridor.

  • No, it's not just you. I think we've all had the sunglasses-and-martini image of Lore in our heads for so long that any deviation from gives us a bad vibe. Like when Weird Al gave up the glasses. Intellectually, you know it's still him, but somewhere deep down, you can't help feeling that the real Al is tied up in his dressing room closet.

  • EXACTLY!

  • Also the fact that his goatee isn't 3-pronged.

  • And he has a double chin? Huh?

  • I thought the facial hair was the thing that changed with Al :P.

  • O, and I never heard of him before YouTube.

  • I laughed. Good job, Lore. It's no The Show, but it was funny.
