Its not illegal but it is stupid. thik about it: If you jailbreak your ipod, thats just more space wasted. i dont know about you but the main reason i bought mine is for internet/ music. also, if you jailbreak it can ruin your ipod and void your warranty. i dont feel like ruining a three hundred dollar product just so i can play a couple games. I have my PS3 for that.

I got this app. It's so fast and the framerate doesn't drop at all. And the accelerometer controls are bang on - loads better than other games. It's really addictive, a bit tricky all the time but not to tricky, just enough to keep you on your toes... I recommend it

and it did that cause since you have all those games.its best that once in a while you reboot/reset the iphone by holding the power button and home button for a couple of seconds till the iphone starts up-what this does is refreshes the games and other apps
