I started throwing a couple packets of Goya Ham Seasoning in there too... that stuff is crazy delicious. Plus, it has no animal products so you can make some kick ass greens that even Vegan's can eat.

1 Block: Asiago, Muenster, White Extra Sharp, Yellow Sharp & Mozzerella

2 sticks of butter

2 eggs
