Yokune Ruko IS an Utau but her voice is undecided. It can be deep or really high considering that no one has given her an official voice yet. Some people even say her gender is undetermined.

I find it very difficult to understand, and the vocals aren't that great, in my opinion. I think Vocaloid is better.

You also have to understand Utau is free software and that making a voice this clear with utau is very diffucult, most sound extremely airy especially on low pitches like this. Vocaloids are better but this being done with Utau is almost unheard of. :3

She sings the best english out of them all! ^^ (Including the official JP VOCALOIDs) She still has a few problems, like saying Teendyur instead of Tender, and "Sleep" is kinda' rough.
