So basically the obesity epidemic is from gluttony and sloth?

This same old advice has been going out for thirty years and some believe it's the cause of the problem. How obese does the population have to get before a better solution is found? Pathetic!

Has this lady ever had a weight problem? Probably not, but she's giving advice because she's a doctor and knows best. I wonder if she has ever treated patients for obesity in the long term? It's easy to get people to starve for the short term.
