Am I the only one who cant line their under-eye area? Every time I do it on the water line, my eyes turn red and the liner floats up and onto my eye :0 If I thinly line under my water line I look like a raccoon haha

@anotherwalmartslave try using a different pencil or cream stick eyeliner. if you can't line it even after using a couple of different eyeliners, then take an ear swab and lightly run it over your water line to get it dry, then try putting it on. If you're eye feels dry then blink a couple of times. (: Also, if you wanna line your bottom lash line instead, then try using a really sharp/thin eyeliner. That way it won't go on as rough/thick (:
