@KnoUrRo I disagree. The song by Dru Hill is different from this one, both melodically and songtext-wise. If it's only the topic that's the same then I don't consider this a spin-off. There are lots of songs about the same issue, regardless of what it might be. Love, hate, betrayal. Unless they sound similar or appear as if the singer is just stealing some other successful singer's attention, that's pretty normal.
