I hope you know there is a trick to stopping a fan like that. It has to be spinning in the right direction, so you are pushing on the blades from the side it blows to. From the other side you can really get hurt. Also, by working near the center instead of the edge you will hit the slower part of the blade. If you look at that part again. On the right bottom corner area, you wil notice a triangle cut out. He Cut out that part of the big picture. And Put a clip of him being the dog in that area. And it looks syncronized. Also the camera was most likely on a tripod, so the background is the same.
