17/0/44 is the best spec for surviving I tried 40/0/21 for a day to level at level 65 It was so hard cuz I couldn't take 2 things at once and there is too much praying for crits going on
lol mn,ur great in pvp,but i likeatc/fire or deep forts more,because u crit like 1000-1500more with ur frostbolt but the water elemental do more + dmg and arc fire has craz dps

im not too familiar with frost mages mines only in the 30s but...what is that instant frost cast? or is that presence of mind in action...im only used to seeing PoM with pyroblast lol

Yes, that is a presence of mind Frostbolt. The other instant frostspells are ice lances.
