ok you go to auska inn 2nd floor then you talk to the guilmon go to the forest inn the talk to the guilmon. themn go to seiyu the go to the inn there and talk to guilmon. he will give you the 8lue card. go to the gondola click on the machine. go to seiyu then talk to the guilmon in front of a tower then go to the forest inn basement. hope i helped

If you mean the mysterious trainer guy you meet on the bridge. . . You only meet him after you have gone to the kickng forest and then activated the bluecard quest by activating the power console inside the gondola building.
