What a waste!!! People getting floats from $4 to $1400 and junk them on a beach because they were too leazy to deflate them clean the sand from it folding it back into their cars??? Thats the reason why we have so many laws and rules, because people did get over the limit and acting like fools. Soon we'll see laws against parties on the beach
