  • this is a solid list... sugar and refined carbs are highly inflammatory and will cause skin wrinkles.

to maintain healthy skin, the keys are to stay hydrated, eat a diet high in healthy fats, and eat plenty of non-starchy veggies.

  • I ve had a very dry flaky skin for years until I started eating one carrot every day... The results are amazing my skin improved dramatically after a month or so. Dont listen to this bullshit

  • i agree, these foods are ok but they fuck you up therey are made with not the best ingredients just because its natural doiesnt mean its good, can u eat poiseness flowers? eat like an animal as much as possible a vegetarian one, less bread especially white pure veggies an protein beans no meat or milk or cheese, the calcium in milk is not the best and milk can block you pineal gland, peace

  • life is short. Just EAT.

  • This has to be a joke. Those foods are suppose to be good for your skin. I don't know about the dried fruits, but as long as you don't consume to much of the others you should be fine.

  • just what people need, a reason to keep worshiping that evil clown at macdonalds.get heart disease and colon cancer, but at least you will look good when you die.

  • ... what the heck. Carrots? Are you for cereal?

  • this is STUPID!! i eat tons of fruit and ppl ENVY MY SKIN!!

  • how stupid lol...they should encourage ppl to eat these foods...its very ott!! they're analising food too much...anythings better than fast food

  • true, and who gives a shit about wrinkles lol. looks aren't everything.

  • Agree....this is sponsered by some food companies.

  • As long as fruit is eaten without fat (no nuts, no nut butters, no oils, no butter) the sugar in the fruit doesn't linger in the bloodstream; it is immediately used by cells for energy. Fat eaten with sugar hinders the ability of a cell to absorb the sugar. Eating fruit is one of the best things you can do for your skin as it is hydrating and packed with nutrients. It's probably not a good idea to get a science lesson from a skin care 'expert'.
