Castro was definitely not one of the worst dictators in the world. His guerilla movement removed the dictator from Cuba, who did not gave poor peasants their rights. It was a fascist regime. In the end of the revolution Castro became dictator. But he was supposed to lead Cuba to better days, then the dictator regime should degrade to democracy, where he was elected president. Cuba is not one of the greatest countries, but without Castro, Cuba would be extremely more fucked than it is.

Castro was definitely not one of the worst dictators in the world. His guerilla movement removed the dictator from Cuba, who did not gave poor peasants their rights. It was a fascist regime. In the end of the revolution Castro became dictator. But he was supposed to lead Cuba to better days, then the dictator regime should degrade to democracy, where he was elected president. Cuba is not one of the greatest countries, but without Castro, Cuba would be extremely more fucked than it is.
