In 1971-Best Arrangement Grammy nomination for Patrick Wiliams "Long Ago Tomorrow"- B. J. Thomas. I was thrilled to learn that Patrick arranged this. I have always loved this song by B. J. Patrick wrote "The Streets of San Francisco theme" " Mary Tyler More, Lew Grant and Bob Newhart show music as well as many movies. He is a genius in my book.

this was from the Kenny rogers Tv show. When they began the show, they told him they would ride an old ship up and down the Mississippi, stopping off to pick up musical guests. They never spent the money for that, instead they gave him a soundstage with a river boat mockup. He was still with his rock band at the time, before he went into country pop.

What an absolute treasure! My family had this song on 45 when I was a kid, and I always loved it. Years later, I got a B.J. Thomas Greatest Hits CD only because "Long Ago Tomorrow" was on it. Where was this performance from? Thank You!
