Im thinking thats a problem with the e-proms, Or somthing with the wiring, I dont know exactly, but I think you should open in up and take a quick peek to see if something LOOKS wrong, thats always the first step.
Or maybe swap the boards in the JAMMA cabinet; if it has one.

Why not just call the company and advise them that you have a dilemma with your machine. See if you can find the number on the machine first. =)

reseat the roms and while its open check for bad capacitors on the mainboard and powersupply
