So because Mr dowson has seen worse methods of slaughter does not make the halal method ok but more importantly it is to my understanding that halal slaughterd meat recives a islamic prayer why would i as a chatholic then want to eat this meat that has been blessed in this way and dont say i have a choice as i strugle to make that choice if the supermarkets etc dont clearly label it as halal.....
