Mac Pro's are not wireless out of the box if I'm not mistaken hence the need for a ethernet cable?

the reason I reckon it's a console (a 360 to be exact), is because he said it needs an ethernet cable and I reckon that's what he needs the cable for to hook up his 360 to his wireless router. Whereas the MacBook Air firstly connects wirelessly to any network and if I remember correctly it doesn't even have a connection for an ethernet cable.

oh well im not really a mac geek. i only 2 macs, an old ibook g4 and a 17'' macbook pro. i got the ibook off of ebay and the macbook pro from the store closest to me

But that's IF you buy it from Apple. There are plenty of other places to get Apple Macs from.

I would go with something expensive as he said he has worked hard and saved up so I think it's gonna cost more then a Timecapsule. MB Air? Hmmmm. Maybe, he has said he misses a laptop, but he he's buying it when they get them in stock AGAIN. I have no clue, an all in one printer? An Xbox 360 Elite?
