Hey, i personally don't like how i played this.. it's too slow. You should play faster abt 2x in your exam :)

  • @inspireon Smart person. Yes, she's Singaporean. I know her in real life :)

  • Hello, I did this for my piano exam a couple of weeks ago! And I got full marks! 30/30! :D The examiners comments were: This was great fun! A bright, secure tempo, all the right notes and a real sence of performance. Well done! and in the additonal comments he said: Your C piece was a real highlight today - Bravo!

In your exam did you play this faster? :D

  • Congrats on your awesome results! Yes i played much faster in my exam, this video was taken when i just started this. Did you get a distinction? :)

  • Wow! You play really well. Girls and I are watching your videos.

  • この曲、初めて聴きました!!お上手ですね!!

  • Sounds promising. Keep playing. :)

  • Wow, only learned piano for 1 year? You're so talented on piano, my piano skill is terrible after 11 years of learning, lol.

  • Your flute skills are wonderful! It's been a pleasure listening to your music!

  • good~

  • Nice! As you know, I *love* ragtime, but never heard this one before. Thanks for leaving a comment on my channel too. As others said, if you want this to be more "honky tonk" sounding, try to play a little bit faster. I haven't heard other interpretations though, but to me, your's sounded fine...(I tend to enjoy slower tempos when it comes to ragtime). Anyway, good luck with your ABRSM exam. :-)

  • Really nice!

  • You have the feel ... just a teeny bit faster and a little more "honky tonk" ... and you are there!!

    NICE !!

  • Very nice practicing! You have a good feeling for it!

  • Very nice! You conveyed the mood very well :)

  • Thanks. I thought the front was not "jumpy" enough and yes, you're right, the tempo's still not up to the mark yet. Thanks for your comment!

  • 讚,好俏皮的節奏,我沒聽過,是古典嗎,

  • It is composed by Gerald Schwertberger(born 1941-now). He is an Austrian composer, pianist and double-bass player.

  • very well played, im learning this too in my piano lessons!

  • Thank you~!
