i always get on this ride when i take a break this ride is like a rest area ride thing

Yeah, this version doesn't really work. It's like watching a PIXAR movie through a fish tank....

But there are also physical sets and props in addition to the projections., And it is an actual underwater environment. Its much more than just watching a movie.

@northernflicker Well, yeah, but thet technology's pretty advanced (underwater much?) but you've gotta remember that the little kids that ride this thing are gonna be enthralled by the little animated fish, and truly believe that what they're seeing is real. It's much more magical to them than to us, cos we know how it's done...

That ride is F.U.N! But I never got to ride the old one T_T.

The old one was great. I am glad they they are doing things with new technology in Disneyland, but some rides are classic and should be either simply redone so they are the same thing or left alone, imo.
