if u get into a pattern of moving from the wasd keys to 1234 etc only, i only do 1234, then using the mouse to move while ur attacking with 1234, ull get used to it, 1234 is only a few so u can remember it, the reast of the hotkeys just click. ( i normally use the wasd and the mouse to move in general)
