Thanks for sharing this beautiful video. It made me recall when I was a little child and had nightmares, I would call my mum in the dark to pray with me to Jesus. I remember how I used to worry myself sick everytime my fiancer had his asthma attacks,I hated seeing him suffer so much..And he was so fragile.God took him by his side now he will stop suffering forever.

I think in this song, there is more to it than the lyrics. I have this feeling that the savior is trying to speak to me through the melody. Isn't it amazing how the lord communicates with people. That is why his love is compared to the tree of life. It has a fruit which is most desireable among all other fruits. The lyrics are sung by mindy gledhill, but the melody is how the savior speaks to me.

wow this song makes me cry.i want that feeling again.it hurts to see this.the first verse explains how i feel.i have 4 beautiful children.and i can remember 1 huge gift the lord gave me...the life of my son back.it happened almost 2 years ago.my son drowned.and i remeber screaming god please dont take him.almost 10 min. of cpr went by,nothing.and then i saw him open his eyes and cry.the lord recued me.he gave me back my child.and for that i cant thank him enough.

I've been struggling with my testimony especially in my first few weeks alone at college. I had a huge test in my faith today and I prayed to Heavenly Father for help and I had the feeling to listen to this song. This video made me cry it was exactly what I needed to see and hear today.

Does God know me? Or is it some kind of collective approach. He can't possibly know who I am. There are just too many of us to know all at once, right? I have prayed but I feel like I am not worth his time…

@snuffokk He knows you. You are his child. He loves you and you are more than worth it. He wants to hear from you. He wants you to pray to Him. Pray to feel and know of His love for YOU. Pay attention, and you will see ways that He is trying to show His love for you. His perfect, infinite, unfathomable love will bring more comfort, and peace and happiness into your life than anything. Pray for it. Plead for it. "Ask, and ye shall receive..." God knows and loves you and wants you to be happy.

I think in this song, there is more to it than the lyrics. I have this feeling that the savior is trying to speak to me through the melody. Isn't it amazing how the lord communicates with people. That is why his love is compared to the tree of life. It has a fruit which is most desireable among all other fruits. The lyrics are sung by mindy gledhill, but the melody is how the savior speaks to me.

Absolutely beautiful! I love the video & message you deliver! This has always been a fav. song and I can never hold those tears back when I think of the day I accepted Christ as my Savior and into my life. I just want to thank you for this video. I am going thru so much right now, and I really needed to hear this. Sometimes christians are attacked by people and it can really hurt. I am being lied about by people that I loved and thought loved me and hearing this song again has made me remember that the important one is God, he knows my heart and loves me no matter what lies other may say. Sandra was shocked to read her great great grandfather, Brigham Young's sermons on blood atonement and blacks and knew he was not a prophet. Actually I don't mind the mormons knocking on the door. It is true however that they want to convert people of other religions. They have the perfect right to do this, but other churches have the right to convert them too. It's suddenly then that the mormons start saying things like "live and let live" or misusing Matthew 7 (1-3) without reading the next two verses which tell us who the passage is really addressed to.

The verses do not mean you must suspend judgement on everything. (The LDS missionaries have obviously made their judgement on other faiths which is that they are false and not acting for God.)The verses 1-5 mean believers must sort themselves out first, so that they can help others escape , possibly the same sins and problems they used to struggle with.
