the bottle with the lemon was already prepared by someone there. when cyril grab that bottle, the lemon was already in there. it was prepared for him to be use. he then grab an extra lemon and somehow managed to hid it, shake the bottle and then lemon inside suddenly came down.

the bottle must have been already opened with the lime inserted and stuck to the inside of the bottle where his hand was covering it until he smacked it and shook it up hard, thereby dislodging it. as for the lime he already had in his hand, it could have disappeared through sleight of hand, but most likely it was still in his hand as he quickly pulled it away and nobody noticed it because they were all staring at the bottle.

i think he use magnet in the first part with the cap.... then in the lemon part the lemon is already inside the bottle but it is in the upper part. it will not sink because the other part of the lemon is not fully wet, but when he do the act of putting the lemon inside he shake it to drown the lemon hahah!

the bottle cap trick is fairly simple. He holds the bottle in a weird way hiding the bottlecap already inside the bottle, most likely held by a magnet. You'll notice how his lower fingers open as the bottle comes down, this is to "cup" the bottlecap as he releases the one already inside the bottle. Fairly simple. BUT THE LEMON! I have no idea.

For the lemon, I don't think there's a metal there. If there is, the lemon will quickly sink like a pebble. Instead, it slowly drops. See 4:40

Also, there wouldn't be bubbles either the lemon is real or not since beer bottles (and other products) are produced as air-tight. That's why sodas and beers produce bubbles/foam when they are opened; the only time air can fill-in inside.
