Was this service held somewhere in the U.S.?
Everyone seems to have the same accent so I am guessing that this took place somewhere outside the U.S.

The service was not held in the U.S. It was held at my church Apostolic Revival Centre, a United Pentecostal Church in Castries, St. Lucia.
That's an island in the Caribbean.
