  • At 6:17 used to be a really common reversal done in the 90's but hardly anymore. The only person I've seen do it was Dolph Ziggler but then again he is one of the better things going in WWE today.

  • i love wrestling but -_______- FAKE AS FUCK AND QUIT RINGING THE FUCKING BELL!!!

  • i love wrestling but -_______- FAKE AS FUCK

  • A fantastic match was ruined by the lame ending.

  • top 10 greatest wwe/wwf matches ever

  • Man, Michaels was a real bitch in this match. He let Foley take all the bumps. Even with the belly to back thru the table, he let Foley fall thru and he landed on top of him. I'd never wanna work with Michaels. He never put anyone over or took the bumps.

  • @silkaem You would probably be the only person in history that would ever say they wouldn't want to work with Shawn Michaels.

  • @Giampietro131 Your wrong. The main reason The Rock and Shawn Michaels (A Dream Match) never happened was because Shawn Michaels was a bitch during the '90s and used his backstage power to try and sabotage The Rock's early career, however Vince and Bret Hart etc were always big supporters of The Rock so it didnt affect him. But Shawn is a changed man now, its all water under the bridge between The Rock and Shawn Michaels now, and they get along quite well.

  • @KingpinTKO lol. The reason HBK vs The Rock didn't happen is because Michaels broke his back. The Rock's first year full year in wrestling was 1997. Hell, he lost to Ken Shamrock at Wrestlemania 14. Your way off base. Michaels vs Rock didn't happen because HBK was out of action throughout the whole attitude era. Then when HBK came back, The Rock was in a feud with Lesnar, and didn't really come back to wrestle throughout Michael's last 8 years. Learn your history.

  • @Giampietro131 A Michaels/Rock match has been pitched to The Rock several times in the past and he has always turned it down. When Shawn wrestled for Rock's grandma's promotion while Rock was a teen, Rock recalled almost punching Shawn after he disrepected his grandma. Rock has confirmed in interviews he had no interest in wrestling Shawn at the time. Bret also confirmed in his book thing about Shawn using politics to try & hold Rock down. So learn your history, you clearly dont know anything.

  • @KingpinTKO lol, find me these made up stories and post them. Rock has never 'confirmed' anything in interviews. Find me this. Everything is hear say. And lip service in the wrestling biz is senseless to speculate about. I know plenty more than you.

  • @Giampietro131 I know much more than you bro. Years after Shawn became a born-again christian he wanted to work with Rock, but Rock has repeatedly said he had no interest in working with michaels because of how Shawn treated him when he first entered the WWE. Its water under the bridge now as they showed us at the 2008 Hall of Fame ceremony. Shawn is a changed man now & Rock has moved onto bigger things. Buy Bret/Rock's book, Im not going to do your research for you.

  • @KingpinTKO lol, yea, I'm sure Shawn went around begging people to work with him. Stop feeding me stories in your mind.

  • @Giampietro131 The more this conversation goes on, the more you make yourself look like a dumbass who clearly knows nothing. I doubt many would have refused to work with Shawn, but The Rock was obviously not a full-time WWE performer when Shawn became healthy to wrestle again, so Rock had the power to accept and/or refuse any match that was pitched to him.

  • @KingpinTKO Again you clown, give me a quote. Find it. Fuck the speculation of the underground wrestling world. HBK is known for stabbing people in the back, and keeping people down. He probably did try doing this to The Rock. However, back when he was a rookie, he wouldn't of been able to turn down a match with Michaels. And again, there is no concrete proof that he denied having a match with him, when HBK returned in 2002. Give me a quote, because your the one saying there is proof.

  • @Giampietro131 Im not doing research for you, I know what Im talking about. I didnt say that Rock declined a match as a rookie. Post-2002 when Shawn returned, The Rock was pitched a possible match with Michaels several times. Shawn was open to but Rock declined citing his dislike of the way Shawn treated him over the years as the reason. Bret's book highlights Shawn & Triple H's antics against The Rock. Look for the interviews yourself.

  • @silkaem WTF did I just read? That was called a spot... it was suppose to happen. How the fuck can you say Shawn didn't put anyone over? Also at this time he was the top guy... why would he lose this match when the WWF wants him at the top?

  • @HearTBreaKiD023 If you didn't understand what you just read, maybe you should read it again. Michaels was a bitch in this match. Didn't take any bumps. ALL the hardcore "spots" were done by Foley. Just watch the match and you can see it.

  • stone cold stone cold......oops "sweet chin music sweet chin music"

  • This would be my favorite match of all time if it wasn't for the stupid ass finish. They should have just let Shawn go over clean and then did the Undertaker spot. The match is so freaking stupendous and probably my favorite HBK match

  • did anyone relize that Shawn used a chair and didnt get dqed, but when Mick threw a chair in the ring the reff threw it out....

  • "Holy shit" moment at 6:17. Ending really did sucked, but they could've made a feud out of this (HBK vs. Mankind). Great match, indeed. The execution wasn't excellent, but the storytelling was, especially by Foley. Thanks for this.
