Because of Josh Olin, hard scoping is the sniping in BO, there shouldnt be any quickscoping according to him. But OpTic Predator found a way to quick scope, and in BO, quick scoping takes even more skill than in MW2. He try to get everyone possible into challenges lobbies, but theres about 100.000 people wanting to get in, so just.. STFU
