Quite simple, Using cydia you can make the dock slide with pages and create and install custom themes, and "W" is missed becasue its impossible to do without installing a 5 icon springboard tweak.

actually it doesnt look faked at all.. the reason the top bar is moving is because he is in the photos app scrolling through the photos... no where in his description does it say that he had all of these apps on his phone at the same time... granted you can have more than 11 pages with that trick, this is done in screenshots of this app screens. and his phone is obviously jailbroke, because the dock image is black and not the normal grey.
