the hdmi thing is really inspiring, i have my 5800 and i use it as my portable player with the plain tv out, but now i feel that this hdmi will be a rocking feature.

This was the worst Nokia phone i ever bought. I bought 2 within one month. One would not connect to the ovi software. The other shut off and won't turn back on. I was however most impressed with the camera on this phone. I am a fan of nokia. I bought the n900.

I know how shoddy it was to play movies from a 5800 on a normal TV as it usually skipped frames. But this N8 output looks brilliant!

Its just that the OS has not changed much from the 5800 and that does not make it a viable option at the moment to jump into the N8.

Joeteh, please post the Tron Legacy footage that was on the Nokia N8 (the one starting with Sam on his motorcycle, then goes to his house and then opens the fridge and the stuff after it) ? Please?
