these people are working out so many hours a day these people are amazing doctors say you should do thirty minutes a day and most of america cant even do that or they wont do that these people are the future of america to help bring us healthier lives to help motivate us

Ya this show changes lives for gods sake!! They are making lifestyle changes to benifit themselves. I bet you wouldn't have the courage to do that! I'm dissapointed in some people:(

@starlight1228 exactly thank you i too am also sick of people saying this is fake its not at all they work out six hours a day there we work out one or two and most of america cant even do a half hour but i always say that a little bit is better than nothing thank you for your comment :)
