  • Its a shame that folks are passing this up for the easier to make ones that go in the oven,,, these are soooo fabulous! No comparison. (Just be careful to keep that hot oil out of the way of children.)

  • We did them you way and they were great...what did u do to the peppers to get the flour to stick before you dipped them in the liquid batter? My son said these were the best he ever tasted. Thanks

  • I made these yesterday & they are indeed Fabulous. My son the chef agrees. I added a few spices to the filling, & abit of corn meal to the both batches of flour & salt & pepper & garlic powder,otherwise I did exactly as u did. I had to guess the amounts, but I think I got it close to yours. I cant figure out how your filling was so soft.,even after you refrigerated it. My cheeses were both room temp & still they were a bit stiff, I added a dash of warmed milk & all was well. Delicious! Thanks.
