I remember this song from christmas 1975, i was 6 years old living in a villa in south wales, wonderful days of christmas presents and and being safe with my family, my dad was still alive! The 70's were the best time of my life!, great music, they simply dont make them like this anymore! this brought a tear to my eye because it brought it back to me. A time in my life i just cannot go back to!

Fabulous song - but the record company made the biggest blunder in music history when they decided to release the record just seven days later. If they'd released it one week sooner, Dana would have had a number one! Sales were incredibly high when she shot to numer 4 the week before Xmas, only for sales to drop the week after...

My first job was working in the old Army and Navy department store in Bromley back in 1982 when Dana made an appearance to promote the pantomime she was in at the Churchill theatre up the road. At the time we were sick of hearing this song as it was played every half an hour over the stores pa system that Christmas along with the usual 'piped' Christmas 'Muzak'. Ive still got the record cover which she signed for me but lost the record! Lovely lady though.
