So, am I correct in assuming the first example given here would be appropriate as an apology, if, for instance, the speaker were to commit a social faux-pas or to offend someone personally?
@UniteIreland07 Just to be safe, I'd go with an "I'm Sorry." I have a lesson on that as well. You can search for ( LEARN KOREAN - How to say several versions of "I'm Sorry" ) in my video section or just search through the search bar. Also, I'll include it in the description box for this video.
@Millionmileys Well the rule is that when the "b" in 합 is followed by the ㄴ(n) consonant as in 니, the "b" becomes an "m" sound. I wouldn't be able to tell you the reason behind it but all I know is that that's one of the rules of pronouncing it. It's strange but it's a consistent rule. I'm just happy it's not like trying to learn english words like bomb, tomb, and comb which don't even rhyme!
I LUV these vids! I have another question though. Ok so i am understanding how to write it out now (THXS 2 U! ^_^) But how and is it possible to translate korean into english or english to korean? If so can you help or know of anything (bsides a computer translater) that can help??? THX
hello I'm new to learning Korean and I'm wondering if their is a way to translate Korean words to English without using a translate. or just by looking at the Korean words. Or do i have to know the Korean words to do that. Thank you for your answer.
Thank you for posting these! I'm trying to learn Korean....will you continue to make these videos? I like that you write the Korean out phonetically!! It helps so much! Did you say you were taking questions?

erm , how come the consonants of "ha'M' " become the consonants for 'b' instead of M .

@littledigiking Hello. The only way you can translate is by learning/memorizing the words first. Thanks.
