what if you were in the majors in 2003. and someone on your team told you, man this "stuff" is really helping me. and it was NOT illegal, and you could get it over the counter. why wouldn't you use it? its a joke that Mark Mcguire is not in the hall of fame on something that was LEGAL during his time. it was not illegal when a-rod took it, then he got tested positive in 2003 and he has been tested many times since, and is clean.
