Then you would be incorrect. Final Fight 3 has all of the four characters available in Final Fight Tough.

I think you're thinking of the SNES port of Final Fight 1, where only Cody and Haggar were available. Then there was a port titled Final Fight Guy, that replaced Cody with Guy.

No, I haven't played "Final Fight Streetwise." What does that have to do with FF3/FFT for the SNES?

The Final Boss is the Brother of Belger I believe, and Cody is made into A Zombie by him...so the new Character rescues him something like that especially since I never Played it either...I heard that it could have been better but it looks, and sounds decent.
