  • Very nice job dude.

  • Nice dude.

What the fuck is heat shield putty....

  • It looks like you get a lot of small production runs? Or some pilot/pre-production jobs? The reason I ask is because of all of the well built/engineered jigs in most of your videos.

  • What is it with the welding videos and the rash of douche bags that think they know more than the people making the video.

PUT UP YOUR OWN VIDEO, SHOW US HOW IT"S DONE, SHOW US THE GIFT THAT THE GODS HAVE BESTOWED UPON YOU.....OR SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!

  • @GeorgiaBoi70 couldnt say it any better

  • I welded cooling tanks for AZ Speed And Marine - very exacting standards. So as a fellow aluminum welder - I say your rod size is perfect - no need for putty :), propagation speed is appropriate, weld width looks good for the application, penetration looks to be good as your prep work was thorough (nice clean weld), and your heat trail is nice and uniform. I watched some of your other vids and you have a good steady pace/rhythm - nice looking stack of dimes overall.

  • ahh i repair aluminum diesel tanks aswell at work sometimes. nothing like sweatin your ass off under a helmet. how many amps were u running there and what size is that strap 3/16?

  • What a Hater. I think he's jelous that he didn't get the job. Looks like a multi pass V groove butt joint. Plenty strong, rod size is fine, and I highly doubt that it will split open. Weld qual looked good too. I'd buy it.

  • cameron could do it better. should just call him.

  • Offshore welders earn $2,775.00 per 84 hr. work week. If you would like to work offshore, send to me your email address. If you would like to go out as a helper, or roustabout, or galley hand , or cook, send to me your email address. Believe it or not, a lot of welders pass this type of money up because they can't have their beer offshore. Their beer means more than bread for their families.

  • kat man its wicked to see real welders doind real shit in the real world... dont let the haters lay shit down onyar.... even if it should be junglr techno business, damned yanks got no taste ;) hahahaha....you the one in the zone.... keep on stickingemup from lil uk

  • Why is the tank cut in half and then welded?

  • @JohnnyWeld Probably to put in a divider to split it for fuel/hydraulic.

  • @JohnnyWeld one side is for hydraulic and one for fuel

  • hmmm, a few major problems noticed there, big, huge! for one, you are welding aluminium, why don't you have heat sheild putty around the area? you have just made the outer area brittel and weak, at any point soon, that tank is going to split and especially fuel, we are talking dangerous, and next thing, your wire is far too thin for the guage of this metal and the environment that you are in is wrong, I think this job must be getting done on the fly,I can't believe you didn't use sheild putty.

  • If you put some shield putty on your balls it will help keep your panties from getting in a bunch.

  • @maaark1234 exactly

  • @knutfheifer Shield putty on aluminum?? What a maroon, you know zero about welding, the fact the tank is most likely constructed with 3003 T0 answers your perceived heat problem, as for the material vs filler wire this is proof you do not weld.

  • @MerlinxPV I have certainly welded a lot longer than you have butterboy, been doing it before you were itching your daddys pants my friend, the filler wire is a big question on your behalf, your tank is far too brittle for the applications that you oppose, please learn the facts

  • @knutfheifer Itch in my daddy's pants huh hot shot? Better take another look at your facts. You are 37 years old so that means I was welding before you were a sprem, "butterboy".

  • Comment removed

  • By the way, the filler wire(4043 or 5056) means shit for this type of job, the parent material is dominant, "butterboy".

  • @MerlinxPV loooooooooool, I know! right im going to stop and if i was there i would buy you a few beers,im sorry, i was just being silly winding you up, you are absolutley amazing, yes, i can weld good, but you are amazing, sorry if i went too far,my stupid humour, cheeseboy! you rule my friend.

  • @knutfheifer Nice try dumb ass.

  • @MerlinxPV looooooooooool Im sorry, couldn't resist, happy welding;-)))

  • @knutfheifer you are a total fuckin fool

  • @fritzkat I was really disapointed in your comment there, I thought you said I was a fucking tool, which at first I found very funny, but now realised that you said fool, puts things into a new category, you must have 2 very stretched rectums, thats all I can say, one between your cheeks and one in your mouth, I feel sorry for you being american which of coarse is a sad excuse for life existing on this planet,if you can't take my sense of humour lightly, then please don't bother to comment.

  • you're an idiot knutheifer

  • @hangoutsumtime and you are an idiot too, thankyou very much, now, instead of wasting your time giving out opinions that you were not asked for, why don't you go back to your crayons and colouring in book.

  • @knutfheifer you do not know anything about aluminium

  • I really enjoy these videos. It's like visual learning.

Alot of people who post negative comments really don't understand just how much time and practice has to go into welding.

  • I've noticed the people who do post negative shit have empty channels.......................lol

  • @fritzkat Keep up the good work bro! To all the haters and "opinion machines", STFU!

  • U weld awesome! How long did it take to weld it? Wanna check my chanel? I have a welding video, just learning TIG, would be happy for some feedback on it =)

  • Nice work man........i'm trying my hand at some tig and i suck at this point. How long have you been at it?

  • Nice job Fritz, I see you have the old style Hobart pedal (and what appears to be a300 Hobart HF?), gotta' love the control those Hobart pedals allow, I have a Hobart TR-250-HF with the same pedal. I have welded with syncrowave Miller's but without the pedal control of the Hobart I don't see why anyone but a novice would like the Miller machine over the Hobart, all things equal.

  • Fuel tank for a big truck..

  • bitch so at least my dad tryz 2 spell watz an idiot a person dat doesnt kno english n weldz better dan u ur da idiot

  • I thought TIG welding and exposing the skin is asking for UV melanoma problems.

  • Great job! May I know what is your setup for TIG welding aluminium? Please guide me for this. what gas you are using and setting? what type of aluminium material?

  • cool haircut too

  • no good penetreicion

  • you are a fuckin idiot and you can't spell.

  • No Good Spelling......lol

  • i use them rods till the last inch.saves me MONEY

  • do you stupid fucks think I'd have shit rollin down the motherfuckin road on big rigs if I did'nt know what the fuck I was doin?how the fuck would my shit pass chp inspection?

  • OH sure,it's easy when you know how.
