I'm trying to learn kife throwing.

I can get an unbalanced knive (from my work) to stick perfectly in a piece of cardboard (getting it to stick is hard) but I'm not accurate at all (on average about 10 centimeters off)

What's a good way to learn and practice accuracy, and what type of kive is best?

The Fedin "Wave" style of knife throwing is like any other "no-spin" style of throwing. Difficult to learn, hard on the shoulder, and much less precise than "conventional" throwing. That being said, however, it's a fun novelty, and versatile if you just want to stick your knife from short, unknown distances.
