This war is not unconstitutional and any effort to regard it as such is wrong. In fact, Congress gave Pres. Bush the authority to use military force. I don't toe the line on everything (spending and the borders are out of control), but I do believe in what we are doing WRT Iraq.

Exactly my point. It is Congress' EXCLUSIVE right to declare war, according to The Constitution. They, including Clinton, Edwards, etc. gave up their power of authority to Bush. They violated The Constitution (Article 1 - Section 8).

If you read the Constitution instead of picking your nose, you will find that the President has full authority over the military and Congress granted him the right to use it against Iraq. Read Public Law 107-243 if you can comprehend that much.
