The console overheating is nobodys fault but microsofts! They released it knowing it had problems and thats why the newer 360's have a different chip in them to correct the problem. You don't need to buy a cooler my buddy bought one and they don't work they do however make the company you bought it from richer so if you feel like throwing your money away go buy a cooling fan otherwise get a new 360 with the new chip!

Thanks for posting this video, I sent my xbox 360 off on thursday.

I was wondering how you found out it had the new falcon in it? Did you look through the bottom vent with a torch like I've seen in other videos or did microsoft tell you it was isntalled?

Thanks for the video it gives me a clear insight of what to exspect when my xbox 360 comes back, you can't get a straight answer any where these days.

OK my xbox has reached the repair center, it took 5 days but it wasn't sent at the weekend because of easter or on monday because it was a bank holiday, so over all it took about 2 days delievery time to get there.
