She still loves Sasuke, and if she chose Naruto just because she can't save someone she loves, it shows she's shallow. NS don't fit together and at this point it makes even worse sense. Sakura loves Naruto, Naruto loves Sakura. Naruto's just a bit uneasy with Sakura because of the way she described it to him. He believes that Sakura is either lying or she's just unsure. Sakura on the other hand knows she loves Naruto but couldnt find the words to place it properly. Naruto just took it the wrong way, and doesnt believe Sakura could possibly feel that way.

i think she's confused at the moment and likes both of them, i also think that yes she does love naruto but it might not be romantically, at least not yet, could definitely go that way though
