if im wrong im sorry but if you want the sunglasses you need to find this like barrier thing(the glowing red tower near the ground) thing on this level and i think you have to hit a meteor at a door to find a switch  which turns off the barrier. sorry if im wrong

find all the emeralds quickly, destroy a lot of enemies in a combo without landing on the ground, and get a lot of rings.

@LUKAS327 play the levels a lot and memorize alot of the emerald locations and try not to use clues the less clues you use the more points you get sorry if im late i realize you posted a year ago

I got it because I knew where the emerald was. Sunglasses were easier to use.

its not invisible but just REALLY hard to see when you go look for it i didnt find the sunglasses useful here... if you pass it, you might see a sudden flash of green. i thought i was crazy!

He should post his new Meteor Herd video he had from SadisticMystic's strat. 59 seconds is good. But Gamecube has a disadvantage meaning the first emerald at the bottom. Gamecube has to use a meteorite to break the barricade and Dreamcast just uses Spiral Upper.

The second emerald requires you to use sunglasses, but unfortunately I don't know where to use them. If you glide to the place where I went to get the second emerald, then you'll have no problem beating the level.

You use them @ the steel beam jutting out from one of the platforms- the beam that has a 1up.

MHe5 rank thresholds are rather lenient--13000 for A, and then 11/10/7 for B/C/D.

I don't know of any purpose served by skipping over piece 1 when you're right there, or of going to the very top balconies at ARK when it consumes so much time that it takes 1000 off the piece bonus. The speed route is 1-3-2 with 3 to 2 being a single nonstop dive, and for score that's still worth an easy 17000+ for the A.

I was also wondering why in the world it took him so long to get the third emerald. The first one was also something that could've been perfected within the first minute, at the very least.

Like you said, the leniency is laughable.

I got this game on December last year so I didn't have that much experience. Like SadisticMystic said about the WR speed route, I used it and it was way faster. I got 59 seconds.

Note that WR is 37-38 seconds-ish. I think it's about there. The leniency though is laughable and strange.
