10 mg. Aside from seeing double, you can simply close your non-dominant eye, and while you see now perfectly out of the open eye you lose depth perception. Otherwise your driving is fine.  You still know the rules of the road. You still know how to get there.

I take 5mg Ambien a night. 1-3 pills don't really do anything, except help me sleep. But if I take 4, the insanity takes over. I've done a lot of different psychedelics in my life and nothing has even come close to giving the feeling of total schizophrenia than Ambien. I hate it.
